Occupational Health & Wellbeing Lead (15-Month FTC)

TJX Europe is seeking an Occupational Health & Wellbeing Manager for a 15-month fixed-term contract to develop and deliver our health program across the UK and Ireland. You will partner with providers, improve processes and support HR teams, ensuring timely and effective wellbeing solutions.

You will analyze data to spot trends, foster a proactive and inclusive wellbeing approach, and address reasonable adjustments and neurodiversity needs where appropriate.
