Engineering Delivery Lead: Cross‑Discipline Systems

SII UK is seeking an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex engineering programmes in Manchester. You will bridge engineering teams and programme leadership, owning planning, coordination, and delivery performance.

You’ll oversee scope, cost, milestones and acceptance criteria, drive lifecycle execution across systems, hardware and software, and report to senior stakeholders. Experience in regulated or defence environments is valued.
