Senior CRM & Retention Lead — Bloomreach-Powered Growth

RAC is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager – Retention to lead customer lifecycle marketing for our Consumer Breakdown division. You will own the end-to-end CRM strategy and manage a team delivering highly personalised campaigns across email, SMS and digital journeys, in collaboration with Product, Data and Tech.

We migrated to Bloomreach and are evolving our marketing automation and personalisation strategy to maximise customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
