Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to drive new business sales across new and existing public sector accounts. This is a hunter role for a self-starter who thrives on opening doors, building a pipeline from scratch, and closing contracts against a clear target. You will bring a strong understanding of how the government procures technology and consulting services, and a track record of navigating multiple departments to win work.
You will work closely with our bid, capability, and delivery teams to shape propositions, respond to opportunities, and convert relationships into signed contracts.
Key Responsibilities

Our Interview Process
We keep things straightforward. Following an initial CV review, successful candidates will be invited to a short screening call with our recruitment team, followed by a two-stage process comprising a commercial/case discussion and a values-based interview with the hiring team.
