Overview

Lyst is a global fashion shopping platform founded in London in 2010, curating pieces from 27,000 leading brands and stores and serving over 160M shoppers per year. The role is a new and key hire as we build our marketing strategy in existing and new markets, reporting directly into the VP Marketing and working collaboratively across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Own awareness and consideration campaign briefs across multiple touchpoints, primarily paid digital, creator and owned channels.
  • Develop and deliver briefs for internal creative teams, enabling generation of high‑impact campaign ideas that translate across channels.
  • Brief media agencies and internal media teams, setting overall budgets and clear KPIs for acquisition, traffic, member volume, and customer activation and retention.
  • Collaborate with PR, Influencer and Social teams to bring campaign concepts to life.
  • Liaise with Product Managers across CRM, Discovery and Checkout to support full‑funnel customer journeys.
  • Project‑manage marketing campaigns from ideation through delivery.
  • Report campaign activity, showing contribution to overall business goals.
  • Manage detailed campaign budgets and oversee media spend, agency fees and creative output.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing digitally‑led marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with app and web‑focused full‑funnel campaign activations.
  • Hands‑on ability alongside strategic delivery.
  • Keen knowledge of the US and UK premium fashion markets.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets across media, agency fees, and creative output.
