Job Description:

Lead functional workstreams across core SCM modules while driving end‑to‑end solution delivery and advocating best practice.

Lead requirements workshops and challenge processes to advocate best practice.
Own workstream and solution delivery end to end.
Define requirements and map or redesign processes.
Perform design and gap analysis.
Configure applications, including migrating configuration between environments.
Support technical activities such as data migration, integration, and reporting.
Lead solution validation workshops.
Support testing and training delivery.
Provide post‑go‑live support and functional implementation guidance.
Liaise with Oracle to manage client service requests.
Support clients with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
Manage on‑time delivery and stakeholder expectations.
Assist with risk and change management.
Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts across processes and systems.
Provide regular status and issue reports.
Hybrid role with occasional travel to a hub office and multiple trips to the US in the first 12–18 months.

Deep Oracle E‑Business Suite SCM experience across Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, and Planning.
Experience with iProcurement, Supplier Portal, and EDI.
Experience with Oracle Cloud.
Familiarity with Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology.
Experience with 3rd‑party integrations and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience leading both internal and client teams.
Strong organization, self‑motivation, and ability to multi‑task across concurrent projects.
Experience managing change requests through the development and testing lifecycle.
Experience working in complex, regulated environments such as GxP, GMP, or SoX.
