Remote Strategy Consultant for AI Training & Evaluation

Mindrift, powered by Toloka, is launching a Management Consulting domain focused on translating real-world engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. We seek consultants with 3+ years at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, and others) to design problems, create analyses, and generate client-ready deliverables for AI training.

This is a remote, project-based, individual-contributor role offering up to $60/hour depending on experience.
