Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are seeking a Head of HR Business Partnering to align People Strategy with business objectives. You will lead a high-performing HRBP team across the organisation, including Flight Deck, Ground Operations, Cabin Crew and overseas operations, reporting to the Director of HR.

You’ll drive talent development, data-driven decisions and change initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to deliver results at pace and champion the Take Me There values across the business.
