Hybrid TOC Assurance Lead – Heavy Civils & Nuclear Projects

Matchtech seeks a Commercial Manager for TOC Assurance in heavy civils, based in London with hybrid working options. You will conduct thorough commercial and technical reviews of TOC submissions, identify risks and opportunities, and support procurement and cost controls across the programme.

The role requires a solid background in heavy civils, high competence in cost estimation, and experience with target cost contracting. An accredited professional background is highly desirable.
