Customer Success Leader, SaaS Growth

AlphaSense is seeking a Manager, Customer Success to lead a team of approximately 10 Customer Success Managers, guiding engagement strategies with key accounts in financial services. You’ll partner with sales and product teams to drive adoption, value, and renewal outcomes.

You’ll coach for performance, design scalable playbooks, and ensure resources align with high-impact accounts. A strong track record in SaaS, leadership, and data-driven decision making is essential.
