Asset Performance Officer – Disposals & Growth

Southern Housing is seeking an Asset Performance Officer in Farringdon to support a £60–80m annual disposals programme. In this role, you will work closely with estate agents and legal teams to manage property transactions efficiently and contribute to growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will have A level education, strong analytical and organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position allows for hybrid working arrangements based on manager agreement.
