Description
British success story with a history spanning 30 years is looking for a mid‑level Business Analyst (competency level of 3 years+) with experience of requirements gathering and documentation. The role involves developing cutting‑edge software projects (enterprise level and ERP/MRP) for external customers.
The Business Analyst will build key relationships between business functions, ensuring that technology requirements are identified and met. The role includes delivery of activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis or specification or user‑acceptance testing, and delivery of detailed user documentation.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse requirements, conduct gap analysis
- Functional analysis and design
- Stakeholder management and coordination with development teams
- Project/resource management support
- Deliver user documentation and assist in user‑acceptance testing
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in software development or systems analysis projects
- Experience in project resource and stakeholder management
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Knowledge of agile methodology (Scrum)
- Recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS are highly advantageous
