Lead Civil & Structural Project Manager

• Shape a faster, smarter, safer future
• Manage high-quality civil and structural designs for new constructions, renewals, maintenance, and assessments
• Collaborate with both national and international design teams
• Manage the production and review of high-quality design documentation
• Independently carry out project management work and provide guidance to junior staff members
• Lead teams in the design, assessment, and maintenance of structural or railway civil engineering projects
• Develop and agree scopes and manage the internal technical supply chain

Requirements

• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline
• Practical experience of Civil Engineering or Structures projects
• A professional qualification such as (CEng/IEng) and membership of the ICE or IStructE or a professional Project Management Qualification
• Practical experience of managing transportation projects
• Experience working with key clients such as Network Rail, HS2, local authorities or major Contractors and Developers
• NEC 4 Project Management Accreditation or demonstratable experience managing NEC 4 Projects
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to converse with a wide range of clients, stakeholders and colleagues
