Senior Product Lead: Greenfield Growth & Modernisation

Xcede is seeking a Head of Product for a major UK insurer, in a newly created 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own product strategy and delivery across multiple channels, lead a small PM team, and build a new greenfield capability while reporting to a senior product leader.

The role operates in a regulated environment with governance involvement and requires comfort communicating from engineering to the C-suite.
