Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead external customer‑driven projects, creating governance, policies & procedures, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with the Business Analyst and Pre‑Sales teams and deliver enterprise software implementations within time and budget.
- Develop and implement governance, policies & procedures.
- Plan, monitor, control and report on project progress.
- Retain ownership of risks and issues, conduct project review meetings, and implement change control.
- Provide first‑class project management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to achieve successful delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Experience as a Software Delivery Project Manager.
- Strong client‑facing skills.
- Project management experience in an Agile/Waterfall environment.
- Experience with enterprise software/ERP implementations.
- Knowledge of structured PM processes such as Prince2 or PMP (certifications not required).
- Experience onboarding clients and change management.
Desirable:
- Experience with E‑Services, Digital or Print.
- Familiarity with ERPs and enterprise software.
