We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and project leadership. You will coach and mentor team members, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver solutions using agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for enterprise-level software and ERP/MRP projects.
• Coach and mentor junior analysts.
• Manage resources and track project progress.
• Build relationships across business functions to identify and meet technology needs.
• Deliver requirements, gap analysis, functional design, and detailed user documentation.
• Support agile ceremonies from inception through user‑acceptance testing.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in software development.
• Experience coaching/mentoring and leading projects.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional analysis, and design.
• Knowledge of SSADM, ISEB, BCS, or similar qualifications is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
