Depot Operations Manager – Team Leader & Performance Coach

FirstGroup Internal is recruiting a Staff Manager for our Leicester depot on a full-time basis. You will support and deputise for the Operations Manager, ensuring on-time performance and excellent customer experience within governance and policy compliance.

You will lead the depot operations team, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with training, engineering and service performance colleagues to optimise overall performance.
