Fill Operations Lead – Store Floor & Team Coach

Marks and Spencer in Royal Leamington Spa is looking for a Shift Lead to supervise the fill operation and ensure the salesfloor is ready to trade. You will coordinate resources, lead the team during openings, and deliver a quick payment experience with excellent customer service.

You will be a role model for M&S behaviours and help maintain a safe, clean store environment. The role includes managing opening/closing tasks, logging issues, and supporting nearby stores as needed.
