Arriva Road Transport Services (ARTS) is seeking a Bid Manager in Derby with hybrid working to own bids from qualification through submission. You will develop compelling proposals, coordinate cross-functional input from Operations, Finance, Legal and HR, and manage timelines and governance to secure contracts.
The role requires strong bid writing, commercial awareness and experience with tender environments, alongside stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
