Overview

Two full‑time Residence Manager positions (100% FTE, 35 hours per week) will be based on the University of Leeds campus. Residential Services provides accommodation for around 8,500 students in self‑catered and catered sites, and offers facilities for meetings and conferences.

Responsibilities

  • Operate multiple residences across the University of Leeds portfolio.
  • Maintain high standards and deliver strong customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a positive experience for students, visitors, and conference guests.
  • Lead, motivate and develop teams to deliver consistent service performance.
  • Manage resources and budgets effectively.
  • Drive high standards of customer care and frontline service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Highly organised professional with experience in a fast‑paced residential, retail or facilities environment.
  • Track record in frontline service delivery, resource and budget management, and delivering high standards of customer care.
  • Effective leadership and team development skills.
  • Enhanced Disclosure Check.
  • First‑time Skilled Worker visa applicants may be eligible for salary concessions (Home Office visa requirements).
