Salary: £49,000 – 66,000 per year
Requirements
- We require Security Clearance (SC) or eligibility for SC clearance, including 2 years of UK residency.
- We require experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud projects end to end.
- We require delivery and implementation experience in a consultancy or systems integrator environment.
- We require experience leading and delivering multiple projects concurrently.
- We require project management experience delivering complex Oracle Applications projects using Oracle AIM and OUM methods.
- We require experience with Prince2 or a similar methodology.
- We require experience using Microsoft Project.
- We require experience with fixed-price/budget, commercial, and customer-facing project delivery.
- We require governance experience, including gate control and status reporting.
- We require strong scope management expertise.
- We require stakeholder management, negotiation, and written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
- We require legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- We will manage the delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and EPM projects.
- We will work with customers to confirm scope, goals, objectives, business justification, and resource requirements.
- We will lead and oversee project plans to ensure delivery against time, cost, and quality expectations.
- We will manage customer expectations and monitor scope creep.
- We will control project scope and ensure change requests are identified, agreed, and signed off before work begins.
- We will support customer project managers with monitoring tasks and progress of customer-specific activities.
- We will report progress to the steering group, sponsors, and internal senior stakeholders, escalating issues as needed.
- We will continually assess risks and issues.
- We will monitor and communicate customer decisions.
- We will track project budgets and ownership of P&L targets.
- We will lead an effective project communication strategy.
- We will identify interdependencies between stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and risk mitigation.
- We will ensure appropriately skilled resources are assigned and manage consultant availability and performance.
- We will travel to customer sites as required and permitted.
- We will assist with pre-sales and business development opportunities.
