Frontline Police Contact Officer | 24/7 Response & Triage

Dorset Police in Bournemouth is seeking a DCM: Contact Officer to act as the front line of policing. You will handle non-emergency and emergency calls and online contacts from the public, ensuring appropriate help is provided and that each contact is managed calmly and efficiently.
