Senior Delivery Unit Officer – fixed term contract for 18 months

• Work as part of a small team connecting service areas that need support directly to the Chief Executive and Leader.
• Build on the strength and skills across the organisation to support service areas.
• Provide insight into challenges to service delivery and collaborate with service areas to create rapid improvement plans.
• Support services in delivering the planned improvements.
• Take an evidence‑led approach, analysing qualitative and quantitative data to highlight reasons for improvement needed.
• Present data to the Chief Executive and Leader of the Council regularly to demonstrate progress on agreed improvement work.
