Kraken is seeking a data, analytics, or BI focused professional to own people data and reporting. You will transform scattered data into trusted metrics, build dashboards, and partner with People Ops, Finance and systems owners to fix gaps and drive data-informed decisions.

You don’t need HR experience; we value a hands-on builder who can work across messy data environments, develop repeatable reporting, and upskill the team on basic analysis and tools to surface insights faster.
