Vietnam Skin Care Demand Planner — Forecast & S&OP Lead

Unilever is seeking a Demand Planner to own the end‑to‑end rolling demand forecast and drive S&OE and S&OP cycles for the portfolio. You will partner with Commercial, Marketing and Customer Development to translate market drivers into accurate volume plans and lead KPI analysis to push forecast quality.

You will also deploy digital planning tools and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize forecast accuracy and support sustainable growth across the business.
