Key Responsibilities
- Manage social housing maintenance and refurbishment contracts from inception to completion
- Monitor contractor performance against KPIs, SLAs and budgets
- Support procurement activities, including tender evaluation and contract awards
- Carry out regular site visits to monitor quality and progress
- Manage contract variations, claims and commercial issues
- Build strong relationships with clients, residents, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Produce regular progress, financial and performance reports
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience managing maintenance, refurbishment or property services contracts
- Strong knowledge of social housing, construction or property maintenance
- Experience managing budgets, programmes and contractor performance
- Good understanding of health & safety legislation and CDM Regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
