Workforce Data & Analytics Specialist

De Montfort University is recruiting a Workforce Data and Analytics Officer to join the People Services directorate in Leicester on a full-time fixed-term basis until 24 December 2027.

You will maintain and quality-assure workforce data, support statutory returns including HESA, and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports. You will help develop workforce metrics, reporting and dashboards to enable evidence-based decision-making across the University.
