Data Migration Program Lead – Delivery & Quality

Sugandha Pankaj is seeking a Lead Data Migration professional to own end-to-end delivery of the data migration workstream, including planning, execution, and reporting.

You will define the migration plan, coordinate across data architects, SMEs, business analysts and engineering teams, and manage extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation and cutover planning.

The role requires governance, risk management, and clear status reporting to programme leadership and stakeholders.
