Shift Lead – Cafe Operations & Customer Experience

Marks and Spencer is seeking a Shift Lead to coordinate fill operations and ensure a sales floor ready to trade. You will manage resources to serve, sell and fill, and step in for the Colleague Manager when needed.

The role focuses on leading the fill process, coaching teams on best practices, delivering productivity for store openings, and upholding the high standards of customer service and M&S behaviours throughout the store.
