Responsibilities
- Own and manage the artwork approval process from upload through to final sign-off.
- Track feedback and approvals, ensuring accuracy, version control and deadlines are met.
- Maintain technical product data, documentation and reporting trackers.
- Coordinate product certification submissions (e.g., Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance).
- Support nutritional testing records and certificate tracking.
- Work with internal teams, suppliers and customers to keep projects progressing.
Qualifications
- Previous administration or coordination experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong English and Maths skills.
Desirable
- Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
- Experience with document control, artwork approval or technical systems.
- GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) or above in English and Maths.
