Note: We will only consider candidates with proven experience delivering PMO leadership within M&A programmes.

Opportunity: We’re supporting a well‑established organisation embarking on a significant M&A programme and are looking for an experienced PMO Lead to play a pivotal role in its successful delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to establish and shape a new PMO function for a critical transformation programme.

You will be responsible for establishing governance, driving programme controls, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring successful integration planning and delivery across multiple workstreams.

About You: We’re looking for an experienced PMO professional who is comfortable operating within large, complex transformation programmes.

  • Extensive experience establishing and leading PMO functions from the ground up within complex M&A programmes.
  • Strong governance, planning, reporting and programme controls expertise.
  • Experience working across multiple business workstreams and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Confidence to challenge constructively and influence at executive level.
  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure or other operationally complex, multi‑site organisations would be advantageous, although candidates from a range of sectors are welcome.

Package

  • 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
  • Hybrid working (typically 2 to 3 days per week on site).
  • Competitive salary of £80,000 to £85,000 plus benefits.
