Pastoral Manager: Student Support & Safeguarding

TeacherActive is working with a mainstream middle school in Redditch to appoint a dedicated Pastoral Manager. The role involves parental liaison, safeguarding duties and leading re‑focus sessions to support students personally and academically, with on‑call behaviour support for staff.

The successful candidate will join a nurturing, inclusive environment and work full-time from September, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, in a temporary contract with end date to be confirmed.
