Contracts Manager – Social Housing Repairs (Hybrid)

Daniel Owen Ltd. in Yeovil (Hybrid) is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of a busy Social Housing Responsive Repairs & Voids contract across retirement living and supported housing properties.

You will drive performance, improve KPIs, and lead teams through change in a fast-paced operational environment. The role oversees approximately 65 repairs per day and 12 void properties weekly, with strong client and subcontractor relationships.
