Data & Business Insights Analyst

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Data & Business Insights Analyst to join our team. This entry‑level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about data analysis, business intelligence, and using data to support strategic decision‑making. You will work with cross‑functional teams to collect, analyze, and visualize data, helping identify trends and opportunities that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various business sources.
  • Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Support business teams by providing data‑driven insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or anomalies.
  • Conduct market, customer, and operational data analysis.
  • Help maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
  • Assist in documenting data analysis processes and business metrics.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analytical projects as required.
  • Stay up to date with data analytics tools and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willingness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.

  • Familiarity with data visualization techniques.

Platform Support Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Platform Support Engineer to join our team. This entry‑level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and providing technical support. You will assist in maintaining platform performance, resolving user issues, and supporting the smooth operation of applications and systems while gaining hands‑on experience with modern support tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
