Job Description:

Operations Lead/Supervisor (Shift 13:30‑00:00). The role is the first point of contact for team members during their shift, ensuring all teams follow established processes, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting the Shift/Area Manager with both daily tasks and strategic projects.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance, and provide important shift information to frontline management.
  • Support and train employees to deliver great service and supervise daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Shift/Area Manager on projects to improve processes, cultivate a safe working environment, and increase workforce engagement.
  • Work with other departments to find solutions to address common issues or support needs in key performance areas.
  • Use data analysis to identify ways to optimize safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Escalate any issues to your manager and, when necessary, act as the most senior person on shift to give direction.
  • Assist the Line Manager in planning shifts to ensure adequate staffing during peak times.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in the local language in both written and verbal communication (C1 CEFR).
  • Relevant experience with data analytics and using metrics to identify problems.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Experience in an operational environment such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
