About the Role:

We need a hands‑on manager to oversee mechanical projects from start to finish. You will control costs, manage teams, and ensure our work meets the highest safety and quality standards.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare estimates, quotes, and carry out site surveys.
• Plan and manage projects from our Head Office and on customer sites.
• Ensure all work follows Health, Safety, Quality and environmental rules.
• Control budgets, track costs, and handle project variations.
• Talk with customers, subcontractors, and our internal teams.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong background in mechanical contracting and project management.
• Great commercial awareness and financial tracking skills.
• Deep knowledge of Health & Safety rules.
• Qualifications like SMSTS or IOSH are a big plus!
• Ability to travel to customer sites when needed.
• Stable, permanent role based in Peterborough.
