Strategic Logistics Capability Lead

Babcock is recruiting a Logistics Capability Manager at Devonport Royal Dockyard, Burrington Way and Langage sites in Plymouth. You will lead warehousing and distribution operations, shaping long-term logistics strategy and driving continuous improvement to support the Royal Navy’s fleet.

This role requires at least three years in logistics leadership, strong stakeholder skills, IT literacy and the ability to interpret operational data.
