International Software House is looking for a mid-level Business Analyst with experience of requirements gathering and documentation. The successful Business Analyst will work for a market leader with an impressive history and more exciting future. The Business Analyst will be working on the development of cutting edge software projects (enterprise level and ERP/MRP) for multi billion dollar company.

Playing the role of a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for building key relationships between business functions and ensuring that technology requirements are identified and met. The role includes the delivery of activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis or specification or user-acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience of working on software development projects
- Experience of project resource management
- Experience of stakeholder management
- Requirements gathering and gap analysis
- Functional analysis and design
Any recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS will be highly advantageous as will knowledge of the Agile methodology. They also offer some flexi-working. This role will also suit someone who does a lot of business analysis activities in their role such as an Implementation Consultant or Product Support looking to move into Business Analysis.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: up to £35-40K + 25 days holiday. Role is based in East Midlands’s area, easily commutable from Derby, Chesterfield and Nottingham. Accessible by public transport, free parking. Close to amenities, shopping, restaurants, pubs etc.
