Senior Planning & Highways Lawyer

Halton Borough Council is seeking an experienced Planning & Highways Lawyer to manage a caseload and provide legal advice on planning and highways functions. Reporting to the Principal Solicitor, you will advise Officers and Members on policy and ensure sound legal decisions.

You will also draft and negotiate property documents to support housing and regeneration projects, advise on Compulsory Purchase matters, and contribute to training for Members and staff.
