Retail Security Officer – M&S

Location: M&S, 44-46 Sheep Street, Bicester, Oxfordshire, England, OX26 6LG

Salary: £13.58 per hour

Guaranteed 40+ hours per week

Candidate must have 5 years trackable working history in the UK.

The role

This is a customer‑facing role within a premium retail environment where safety, professionalism and service must work together seamlessly.

• Creating a visible, welcoming and reassuring presence within store
• Supporting customers and colleagues professionally and confidently
• Responding appropriately to incidents, theft and security concerns
• Helping de‑escalate challenging situations calmly and respectfully
• Working collaboratively with store teams as part of the wider M&S environment
• Delivering high standards of professionalism, communication and customer service at all times
