Senior Manager of AI Delivery – Law Firm

• The focus of the role is supporting firm-wide adoption of new Gen AI tools.
• Build strong relationships with partners, senior leaders and key stakeholders across the firm.
• Lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and engagement strategies using a structured methodology.
• Drive adoption, readiness, and benefits realisation, identifying and addressing resistance early.
• Lead pilot programmes for AI tool adoption, from initial scoping through full deployment
• Manage onboarding and training sessions for legal teams, ensuring smooth technology adoption
• Act as a translator between technical teams and legal professionals, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations
• Partner with our Risk & Compliance team to ensure AI implementations meet regulatory and ethical standards.

Skills Required

• 4-5years experience in Change Management and 2-3 years working with AI within a law firm.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as; Chat GPT, Harvey, Legora, Claude and Copilot.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a clear client service ethos.

This role offers hybrid working – 2 days WFH weekly.
