Store Team Leader – Flexible Shifts & 30% Discount

Co-op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Leader to take charge of the day-to-day running of the store in Wincanton. You will lead the shift team on busy trading days, coach colleagues, and ensure smooth service and accurate operations on the shop floor and tills.

You’ll work a varied pattern, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and at least one weekend shift, with the chance to develop your leadership skills, merchandising presence, and engagement with the local community.
