Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Assessing supplier capabilities through remote or onsite QMS and manufacturing process audits
  • Monitoring supplier quality KPIs and risk scorecards, using quality data to determine re‑evaluation requirements and improvement actions
  • Managing supplier corrective action requests and, when needed, engaging with suppliers to mentor them with RCA investigations and help determine effective corrective actions resulting from product non‑conformances
  • Working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders across the OFSE portfolio of Product Lines to resolve supplier‑caused problems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in a Technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
  • Availability to travel approximately 30% to suppliers domestically and across the European region
  • Ability to solve diverse and complex problems
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams
  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills
