Shift Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing

Greencore is seeking a Production Supervisor to support the shift manager in delivering daily production targets while upholding safety, quality and performance standards. You will oversee a busy line, coach operatives, and ensure high levels of accuracy and efficiency on site.

You will play a hands-on role, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve issues quickly and keep downtime to a minimum.
