British success story with a history spanning 30 years is looking for a mid-level Business Analyst (competency level of 3 years+) with experience of requirements gathering and documentation. The successful Business Analyst will work for a market leader with an impressive history and more exciting future.
The Business Analyst will be working on the development of cutting edge software projects (enterprise level and ERP/MRP).

Working as a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for building key relationships between business functions and ensuring that technology requirements are identified and met. The role includes the delivery of activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis, specification, user‑acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation.
Responsibilities
- Experience of working on software development projects
- Experience of project resource management
- Experience of stakeholder management
- Requirements gathering and gap analysis
- Functional analysis and design
Any recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS will be highly advantageous, as will knowledge of the Agile methodology. Flexi‑working is offered and the company invests in training, both internal and external courses for all BAs.
Salary & Benefits
Up to £35,000 – £40,000 + 25 days holiday. Home‑based role with office visits once every two weeks. Public holiday package and flexi‑working. The office is based in Leicester; candidates must be able to drive.
