What You’ll Be Doing as a Night Transport Supervisor

• Leading night‑shift operations and ensuring all routes run smoothly.
• Optimising drivers and vehicles to hit SLA and KPI targets.
• Managing compliance including WTD, driver hours and tachograph infringements.
• Briefing and debriefing drivers and supporting them throughout the shift.
• Investigating incidents and ensuring accurate reporting.
• Building strong relationships across warehouse, drivers, contractors and customers.
• Tracking performance, fuel efficiency and operational improvements.
