Overview

International Software House seeks a mid‑level Business Analyst with 2 years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation to support cutting‑edge software projects for a multi‑billion‑dollar company.

Responsibilities

• Build key relationships between business functions and ensure technology requirements are identified and met.
• Deliver activities following an agile approach from inception through analysis or specification to user‑acceptance testing and the delivery of detailed user documentation.
• Support project and resource management.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage their expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Business Analyst experience of at least 2 years in software development projects.
• Experience with project/resource management and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in requirements gathering and gap analysis.
• Functional analysis and design capabilities.
• Recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS (advantageous).
• Knowledge of Agile methodology preferred.
