Description

Mid-level Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation, working on cutting‑edge software projects (enterprise level and ERP/MRP) for a multi‑billion‑dollar company. The role involves building key relationships between business functions and ensuring that technology requirements are identified and met. You will work in an agile environment from inception through analysis, specification, user‑acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships between business functions and technology teams.
• Identify and document technology requirements through an agile framework.
• Deliver activities from inception to user‑acceptance testing, and produce detailed user documentation.
• Conduct gap analysis and functional analysis to support design.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on software development projects.
• Experience in project resource management and stakeholder management.
• Strong requirements gathering and gap analysis skills.
• Functional analysis and design experience.
• Recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS are highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
