Cost Manager – Hybrid Infrastructure PMO

United Utilities is seeking a Cost Manager to support its Better Rivers PMO, covering Lancashire with hybrid working from Preston and Warrington hubs. You will manage costs, forecasts and performance across a diverse project portfolio, challenging estimates where needed and ensuring robust financial control.
