Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and competitive pricing by translating complex project information from estimates and related data.




• Familiarity with JCT contracts and the ability to interpret and apply contractual requirements.




• Work with project teams to support commercial decisions and progression toward the role of Commercial Manager.

Qualifications

• Solid background in estimating and a track record of turning complex project information into sharp pricing.




• Familiarity with JCT contracts.




• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
